Drop-off / Mail-in Instructions

We mean it when we say our customers come first!

We drive to you and sharpen your knives and scissors.  Or, if it is more convenient for you, we have several drop-off locations to suit your needs.  If this doesn't help, you can always download the form below, fill it out and mail your items to us.  We will make sure you get them back sharper than they were when you bought them!

1.  Wrap each item individually in newspaper and place them in a cardboard box.  Fill the box with newspaper until there is no movement.  It is not good for the items to move around freely.

2.  If you are paying with a check or money order be sure to include the check or money order made payable to Premier Sharpening and include the completed drop-off/mail-in form in the box with the items to be sharpened.

3. Be sure to include a postage paid return shipping label with insurance coverage for replacement cost in the event they are lost or damaged during shipping.

4.  Once we receive your items we will sharpen them immediately and ship them back to you within 24 hours

If you use one of our convenient drop-off sites our mobile sharpening van will sharpen them on the spot and return them immediately to the drop-off location so your items will never leave the premises!
